These rare coffees from Nariño are slowly roasted, not over-roasted, and not too dark. The roast fully develops the profile, reducing the natural acidity of a coffee grown at over 6000+ feet. This profile yields a full medium roast which works best in a single cup brewer. Our Single Serve Pods contain more coffee than other brands resulting in a heartier cup. If you prefer your coffee a little weaker, select a larger cup size when brewing.
